I put together a “Discover the Structure of DNA” activity which traces some of the key experiments and data points (the transforming factor; Avery, Macleod, McCarty; Hershey Chase, Rosalind Franklin’s X Ray photos,Chargaff’s rules) and which culminates in students building a simple DNA model.
